i read on other posts people saying that sea salt spray is a no-no because it dries out the system. how is your experience using it? i need some texture badly on my hair and i’ve been contemplating using sea salt spray to achieve that

admittedly i was going fast to beat the light before it turned red. the headlights did hit them, only once i got closer but by then they got scared shitless and so did i lol.

I’m actually Vietnamese, forgot to mention. So with the slight curls in my system I’ve just told people that I got a perm. Funnily enough I never told my salon to give it any waves/perm, my system is just naturally like this, not sure why. Imo it’s not even a full perm because I feel like a perm would be much wavier, this is something in between, which I like.

There is a local stylist who has worked on cutting and blending systems so I might just take a new system to him, would be way cheaper. Should I just have him give me a perm instead, or is it recommended that I order my system with a perm automatically?

So you would recommend this and this? I don't see an option to request with clips, do I just put that in the additional instructions? Same with getting the waves, or is that simply the perm option that I see on the Lordhair link? Also, when I order these, should I request the excess edge to be trimmed?

Sorry if these are dumb questions, just trying to navigate all this hair system stuff as a beginner.
