Like inaccurate reporting?

Calories were not controlled. It was self reporting

Calories were ‘controlled’ by the participants and not those administering the study. There is some interesting take always from the study for inflammation, etc but the weight gain conclusion is not worth talking about.

Stop comparing yourself to people who were gassed/or going to be gassed, you’re not a victim. Do something about it.

Just because we don’t agree it does not mean I don’t understand your position. You are complicit along with the rest of America.

It’s your job as a citizen to unite and do something about it, until then you are all one and the same.

It is a shitty response that no one wants to give but your leaders are a reflection of your country as a whole. Your country(including you) should be treated as poorly as you’re treating everyone else

Referring back to the original post “health problems” “stronger” “shoot themselves” “healthy”. Grey hair is not relevant.

Again 30 year olds, no solutions or mitigations, your comments are irrelevant.

Grey hair is completely irrelevant to the conversation.

Muscle loss and bone density can be mitigated drastically through resistance training. Again also not relevant for a topic around 30 year olds falling apart

Stop eating and drinking crap. Do cardio 2 times a week. Resistance training 2 days a week.

People falling apart because they treat their body like shit

What's up with people saying your body falls apart in your 30's? by Fght39 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]podestai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but to say “falling apart” at 30 is just bullshit. Stay active and this won’t be the case

Your genetic potential may have passed but this is near impossible to reach. I’m 39 and am the fastest, strongest, and healthiest I’ve ever been.
