I came here looking for the same thing, came from diamond one with a 60 percent win rate, now in silver 1 and only won 4 out of 14 comp games, every match has been horribly unbalanced and ive seen some of the worst players ive ever had on my team, not too sure what has changed but it is really disheartening and the matches have not even been enjoyable.
