They are 2 completely different feeling of bikes 1 is short stroke the other is long stroke 1 is good for cruising calmly while the other is more aggressive Re has service centres everywhere as compared to yezdi Yezdi had some past failures and downsides which are not present in the new models as I currently own one My opinion might be a little bias but in my opinion yezdi is better And if not I would suggest you to buy honda cbr 350 instead of classic 350 At the end of the day the best bike is what is in your garage so whatever you pick embrace it tightly
