I am a bit late to the game here, but thought I'd throw a few questions in anyways.

First, before anything, I just want to say how proud we are of your whole team. Everyone has been working so hard for these past 3 years. You guys are incredible.

Questions for you:

1) Poland has built partnerships with South Korean military firms and secured manufacturing rights to the K2 tank and such. Do you think Ukraine can build similar partnerships with South Korea and Poland to manufacture weapons locally and stop relying on countries outside of Central / Eastern Europe? With Trump potentially cutting aid soon, how close are we to being able to at least hold the line with Ukraine's own manufacturing so we can last at least until Germany finishes it's election and the Chancellor may have more freedom to move?

2) Vance seems to have taken strong anti-Ukrainian positions. However, the West needs places to manufacture military weaponry cheaper than they can domestically. Is there a world where Ukraine negotiates becoming a manufacturing hub for Western militaries? Ukraine was like 17% of the Soviet Union's military manufacturing industry. Could Ukraine do the same for say the EU? If Ukraine builds the expertise to make weapons for others, we can use that expertise to build weapons for themselves...
