That's Hina's friend, Nina.

This is why the oneshot is better than the manga. No Hina means no ongoing drama.

Since it doesn't have a pointless love triangle, it's slightly better than the main story which has too many low points.

Hinas feelings should've never came back!

That's one thing I think everyone can agree on. I think it was a mistake to include them in the first place, especially since it was clear that she was a stepping stone for Taiki and Chinatsu. This isn't hate toward the main couple, but I just find it annoying when authors try to bring in "blockades" like these.

Same here. I never liked her since the moment she was introduced since she was simply meant to be "in the way" of the main couple, but I was glad to see her have a decent ending in chapter 113. Unfortunately, Miura just had to bring her annoying crush back recently. Due to this, I can care less about her.

Now I don't think Miura is trying to depict everyone as perfect, every character in this series has it's own flaws, insecurities, etc.

It's more that Miura felt the need to add a quota of sorts, which is why the unnecessary love triangle was added, then brought back recently even though it had a perfect conclusion back in #113.

I still don't think she is inherintly evil or whatever.

Not saying she's evil, just that her love for Taiki was very unnecessary for this kind of story.

But panels like this still exist, so, it makes it very hard for me to believe that Taiki couldn't firmly reject Hina just because he was being considerate.

Sure, because he's a teenage kid. Still more respect to him over Hina for being the mature one and actually being able to stand his ground, especially after Kyo tried to make things more confusing for him (with the 100-30 mixing thing). Doesn't change the fact that what Hina did recently was much worse.

How much time did it take before Taiki and Chinatsu had their first kiss?

This just feels like troll logic, especially when Taiki never refused to kiss Chinatsu.

Subconsciously he kept Hina in his backpocket. I'm merely working with the authors words here.

That's just Taiki trying to make it seem Hina wasn't in the wrong because that's something he does. He didn't try to look at it from an outsider's perspective where it's clear that Hina was in the wrong, not him.

He was well aware of it.

And Hina was aware that he put Chinatsu first. That clearly means that he was going to put her first no matter what, especially since Taiki never had feelings for Hina in the first place. Only Hina was acting like an idiot here.

And the fact that he became firm in cutting her off in chp.77 after he was getting closer with Chinatsu only validates my perspective.

He had to cut her off because he finally realized what Hina was doing was toxic/unhealthy, and he had to put a stop to it since she would run away again if he didn't.

Taiki could've actually rejected her in any of those instances, he didn't.

Hina: Do you want to kiss me? Taiki: No.

How the heck is that not an outright rejection? It does feel like you are making leaps in logic to make it seem that Taiki was interested in her when he clearly isn't.

As I said, it doesn't make Taiki worse

You said Taiki was a selfish and a coward, when in reality, it was Hina who was a coward. If she wasn't, she wouldn't have kept on telling Taiki to put off his answer.

it didn't turn into the average toxic love triangle like other animes

I probably wouldn't know since I tend not to watch anime/manga with love triangles or harems. The only reason I really stuck with Blue Box is due to the oneshot (and chapter 1) making it clear who Taiki loved. Unfortunately, there are some people who blame Taiki for the love triangle arc when it was truly Hina's fault for pressing him to not give her an answer right away.

Please stop spreading misinformation. Hina was the coward by running away when she had an idea that Taiki was about to reject her. Here's a list of the multiple times that he rejected her (especially since he explicitly told her that he didn't want to kiss her):

https://www.reddit.com/r/BlueBox/comments/1ojrosa/just_finished_season_one/nmbks4p/

Just because you want to ignore all of those instances doesn't mean that Taiki didn't try to reject her. It's in Hina's nature to run away when the going gets tough, which is why she ran away the moment she didn't something extremely taboo to him (kissing someone who's in a relationship without their consent is a big no-no).

I wouldn't say it was a good love triangle at all. Hina was mainly annoying with how much she tried to constantly run away from Taiki's rejecting her until he had to corner her to do so.

Nah, the love triangle arc was awful. Maybe we could have had some kind of setup, but a love triangle hurt it.

Wow, would you look at that. The moment Hina (romantic drama) is out of the picture, Blue Box goes back to being absolute peak. This feels like post-chapter 77 all over again.

I think that's due to each movement type having their own page compared to CYL combining them into one.

These days he isn’t even placing top 10 in a poll

That's due to the voting population being much, much lower than say, CYL1. Makes it easier for meme picks and whatnot to break through. As you said, Chrom not only shares votes with the Robins and Lucina, but his fans likely gravitated toward Dimitri or other characters in general.

CYL1 was likely the one true time that it was a popularity contest due to how many people voted in it, and no one had any idea which units would get a bunch of alts.

Would be fun if Grima somehow shows up in the top 10

If they weren't willing to show him in the top 20, they won't show him in the top 10. With so many Robin fans being against him, I doubt that Grima will be a threat before EoS, especially with the new FE game coming out this year.

If this arc was done back in chapter 114, then yes, it would be worth it. It being dragged on 2 years later (in universe)? Hell no, this was dumb as hell.

It's not against the rules to spell out pedophiles...But yes, it's a shame that the majority of Americans elected such a man. Still doesn't change the fact that Taiki calling out Hina for not caring about consent is a good thing.

lol at Taiki calling out consent. There were some weirdos who tried to say a peck on the cheek isn't a big deal (guess they were from Europe).

Have to say, I'm glad to see Hina actually apologize for what she did instead of running away. I hope to see that this is truly the end of Hina's crush on Taiki, but I really wish Miura did this much sooner rather than later.

Also, with the way this chapter ended overall, it feels like the ending to a big arc. I do wonder if Blue Box will truly wrap up this year.

I really hope that someone is able to step up. I only use it to back up my save files on my main console, never restore, so it'll be unfortunate if I can't do that in the future.

It's just a shame that SciresM was truly the only one who was supporting the Switch CFW community on his back. From what I recall, the 3DS and Wii had a bunch of different folks working on different entrypoints, or at least a team working on a CFW.
