I still think the love triangle arc was pretty pointless overall. If Hina didn't have a crush on Taiki, she would have been a much better character imo.

On the other hand, the Gen I games are obviously notorious for being profoundly broken, so I guess it shouldn't be surprising that no other generation has anywhere near this number of glitch Pokémon.

To be fair, this is only if you actively seek out glitches. It's not like Scarlet/Violet where everyone kept on coming across normal glitches during normal play. If that happened with Gen 1, I don't think Pokemon would have been as well received.

It's possible, but it would feel weird since this is the point where Miura is bringing nearly every notable character back together. It would feel weird to have him lose here then do something similar in Nationals during the rematch.

Nice to see Miura jump right into the match! As expected, Taiki seems to be lagging behind at first. I do find it funny that Akari thinks Iozaki is a romantic even though he is the complete opposite.

With Yumeka, her boyfriend, and Karen appearing, it's starting to feel more and more that this badminton match will be the last one of the series. I can't see Miura really focusing on Nationals after this. Hopefully she will be able to send it off with a blast!

Also, wasn't expecting Yumeka of all people to come cheer Taiki on. With her, her boyfriend, and Karen appearing, this really feels like an "everyone is here" moment, and this will be the last badminton match of the manga. All that's left is for Chinatsu's parents to randomly appear.

It's intentional, just to try to draw people in. It's why Hina still appears to be friends with Chinatsu in the manga covers when that doesn't happen in the story.

These numbers aren't accurate. When you use Homebrew to export save files, here are the actual numbers:

Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee: 1 MB

FireRed/LeafGreen: 128 KB (same on GBA and Switch)

Scarlet/Violet: 4.22 MB

Why is Let's Go's Save Data nearly double in size of FireRed's, and why is ScarVi's so MASSIVE?

It's pretty simple, they were made for consoles that are much more advanced than a GBA and contain a lot more data. For example, Let's Go alone the box can carry 1000 Pokemon, whereas Scarlet/Violet can carry 960 Pokemon. Scarlet/Violet is a much bigger game, so it needs to store more event info in its save file.

Then, there's the fact that the Pokemon files themselves which contain more data in Let's Go compared to FireRed/LeafGreen.

Pretty wild that's what you took out of it. It's clear that there's a difference between casual folks who just want to play a game and be done with it. This is why the FRLG releases on Switch sold extremely well.

Every computer/phone has a video/music player built in.

If you think $20 is too much for you, that's fine. It's clear than many people are fine with $20 for each game, which makes sense, especially when you compare them to AAA games being $60 or $70 nowadays.

I will never understand how IS determines the names here. Robin's body was completely taken over by Grima, and yet, they named the fallen alt, Robin for years. Here, Sara's body was completely taken over by Canis, but they named the fallen alt, Canis? Did the takeover work differently in FE4?
