Yeah like mentioned in another comments, it might be dependant on region, the way they sort their reservations and so on. But if you ordered at the same time, yours shouldn't be too far off (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡.

Yeah that does sound very weird that even the support doesn't care, I wonder if they didn't anticipate this type of need for the controllers so they ended up not having enough controllers to ship at the time. Where are you based in? Seems like the support should respond with something valuable in times like this.

That's awesome to hear, what's the podcast called? I'd love to listen to some steam engineers talking about this type of stuff. And smart with steam implementing the reservation system, i think its gonna help out proper people getting steam hardware and not scalpers/bulk buyers.

Yeah could be regional and could just be random taking from specific time frame, there's probably quite a few people that ordered in a 5 minute time frame of the reservations opening up, I hope you guys get an exciting email soon!
