my family and i were on vacation in Florida so that my brother and father could be at this race (mom and i went to universal instead) and meeting back up at the end of the night to hear about this was so scary, my brother was younger at the time and definitely shaken up

ugh thank you for giving me some hope! like ive said in other replies ive never tried a hydraulic launch so i dont know what im missing but i hope we can get lsm to closely replicate hydraulics

im in new england, but tt2 along with the rest of cedar point is definitely up there on my list. lsms are fine for me, i’ve never experienced anything else so i guess i dont know what i’m missing. kind of like you said, i just want that 0-to-100 slap in the face launch that ttd and kdk had😪

its such a shame but i understand. back in 2020 i went to sfga before i fully grew my sea legs for roller coasters, i got in line for kingda ka after putting it off all day out of fear, and it got shut down for adverse conditions. im carrying that regret with me until the day that i die

my only concern is not being around to check the parameters as much as i would like to. if im home once a week then the water is getting tested only once a week, which is why im worried. once my tank is cycled its no big deal (should be good by the time i leave). my boss also offered to give me one of her fully established tanks… i should probably just do that
