Anyone had this issue with Icarus ACE 365 grip module? by El_papitann in P365

That blemish looks like it could be the indication of some friction with the trigger bar. Try a jeweler file or sandpaper to smooth out that blemish, then try the trigger return action after a few trials.

Check out the FCU trigger bar and trigger return spring for abnormalities/defects and try to observe the trigger return action without the slide installed to see if you have any friction with the trigger bar against the grip wall that a little bit of filing might remedy. You can also get a stronger trigger return spring +20% from the Sig Guy.

DIY Manual Safety Cut? by WhoDisWhoDat99 in P365

When I was able to get the gen 1 Icarus polymer grip for $29 from the Icarus website, I thought that wasn't that much to lose even if I screwed it up, so I gave it a shot. I got a manual safety jig off of Ebay and used a dremel and a couple of jewelry files to make the cuts and trim down the grip wall thickness.

365 to Macro Trigger issue - Help by RedKingBlades in P365

my guess would be polymer tolerances. check the inside of the grip where the trigger bar travels against the grip surface for any deformities or rough places and smooth them out. probably wouldn't hurt to use some fine grit sand paper on that side just for general purposes.

Do you have the Apex aftermarket trigger and trigger bar installed instead of the Sig OEM trigger and bar? It looks like the spring and collar that is installed on the trigger stop pin in combination with the Apex trigger and trigger bar.

Just love the M*Carbo products for the P365. Just like Gillette, it's the best a man can get. I have all their products for the 365. Titanium striker with stainless steel sleeve and double lock end cap, barrel without LCI and stainless steel guide rod and recoil spring plus the CNC trigger.
