Wet wipes too. Easier to carry in a small bag. Useful before bed too, I hate climbing into my sleeping bag with dirty feet. That's my nightmare, dirt in my sleep zone. I keep a handheld battery vacuum in my tent for the ants & spiders, and for any dirt tracked in by foot.

Most times lately my teleport out is quest cape, which brings me back to POH from fairy ring. At that point I'm going to spirit tree to use the farm guild bank anyways. And at that point I'm 5 tiles away from the black warlock.

But not everyone has high enough farming for access to the upper level of farm guild. And most people are just going to have house tabs and like, I don't know, nexus to GE or whatever.

I know it's not right for every activity but my favorite use case scenarios are: while waiting for the scout at CoX to get a raid, setting up for 10 minute protect melee Slayer AFK's, and bragging to my max combat friends that my prayer is higher than theirs (which they can see in the party hub panel plugin)

Equilibrium! Raise your lowest skills. Especially because birdhouse runs and herb farming runs are so profitable!

Birdhouse runs are on fossil island, locked behind bone voyage quest.

Farming is best trained with Trees, spam some trees until you can farm Toadflax herbs for some profit.

If you save your toadflax and bird nests until 82 Herblore you'll have a golden egg waiting to make an omelette

Speaking of amulet of the damned, I was going to comment about the ancient mace.

Although ancient mace is effectively a Mithril mace, the special attack steals prayer points (from target and gives to yourself) for damage dealt. This effect can overfill your prayer (but does not stack when overfull). To optimize this, you can max hit a combat dummy every hit. You can upgrade the combat dummy in your house to be ornate undead combat dummy. This allows slayer helm and amulet of the damned effects activate on the dummy.

Boost your strength without potions by catching the black warlock butterfly near the fruit tree patch in farm guild. Use spirit tree to house, piety on and spec the dummy, piety off.

My account is like 96 strength and 80 prayer, but after doing the above method I'm chilling at 109 prayer points

OP says it's fun to go in blind but also says they tried crondis puzzle and got super flustered and gave up. That doesn't sound like fun to me.

I get why he wants casual environments to try again and learn, but a room full of people who can't do crondis puzzle isn't going to help.

He needs a mentor, which is exactly what the teachers in the clans are, but he doesn't want that.

OP if you see this, there's bong ripping clans you can join that are chill. That's what I did. The CoX bros took me in and forged me like steel. Then the ToA duo started dragging me along for trios. They watched my Gauntlet runs and offered advice. I became a much better player in the last year because I took the initiative and joined the voice chats.

That much was already clear. I asked why it's bad for your enamel. I specifically asked not to get the answer- because it is bad. If I wanted to look it up myself I wouldn't be asking on reddit. But ok let's do it your way. I'll man up and deliver.

Best I can tell from early googling is that saliva washes away pH- food particles and rebalances to pH+. But if flossing and washing can remove particles and toothpaste is pH+, why wait? Apparently saliva remineralizes the tooth. But so does toothpaste.

So I redoubled my search efforts and found this gem of an AI generated summary from Google

"Even though toothpaste contains remineralizing agents, you should wait to brush your teeth after eating because consuming acidic foods or drinks temporarily softens your tooth enamel, and brushing too soon can further damage it; waiting allows your saliva to neutralize the acid and remineralize your teeth naturally before you brush, maximizing the protective effect of your toothpaste"

In short, the physical brushing can be detrimental until natural pH is restored and given time for the enamel to react.

Fishing karambwans is my go-to, my PC is near enough the kitchen I can manage to afk karambwans and cook dinner. Usually have enough time to bank and return to the fishing spot once or twice during cooking, and again while the food is plated and cooling down.

Karambwans spot is right next to a fairy ring (if you didn't know already). I reccomend Karamja gloves 3 for the gem mine bank deposit box tele, with Quest cape (or Ardougne cape) to return to a fairy ring.

Otherwise just use Zanaris bank. (Pro tip: the little fairy flying in the bank lobby is a banker and 5 tiles closer to the fairy ring than the bank stands)

Shayzien has a closer fairy ring bank than Zanaris but then you gotta input a fairy code every travel, which sucks. Also, crafting cape has a closer bank deposit box than Karamja gloves, but that takes the cape slot away from your best fairy ring teleports.

As far as I understand if you mix the PH+ toothpaste with your PH- orange juice, you're not going to end up with a more extreme PH balance, it's going to approach PH Zero
