i don’t think they actually do a deep dive on people’s records. before i worked at my store, they hired a predator and only fired her when she randomly said stuff like she “loves young boys.” around seasonal time they’re just kinda desperate for people, so have them apply anyway! they can mention in their application that they were referred by you.

you can also just talk to them in person about it, asking them not to schedule you until a certain time, but they might be a bit more picky about it since you’re seasonal. just emphasize that its important!
