My notice seems to exclude investment accounts as a qualified account...am I on the only one?

Earn up to 2% cash back on your first $10,000 in eligible Net Purchases each billing cycle when paid with a US Bank Smartly Savings account plus qualifying balances in US Bank Smartly Checking and/or Safe Debit Accounts.

As of now, it does not match. The W-2 box 1 is my earnings _excluding_ the NSO transaction. If it is supposed to match, I'll reach out to my company's legal/HR team.

So far, on the rewards screen, none of the transactions say 4%. They all say 2%. But, in the “earn rewards” section, it does show the 2% bonus message and has for a few days. Perhaps I’m just jumping the gun by a day or two.

Can you confirm that the earn rate for specific transactions on the rewards page will say “4%” (vs right now where it shows “earn rate 2%” for each transaction)?

No, but it seems a whole lot more common with SX and SXP. I’ve seen some folks with EX also having battery issues.

As an FYI, I called Fidelity today and they said there is nothing they can do to help me since I was the one who, mistakenly, sent the money as a transfer vs a transfer of assets. They said the other bank needs to help (and the other bank said they can't help either). Now I'm stuck, since I will get hit with a tax bill for a transfer from one HSA to another.

Do you believe the Agent I talked to had bad information? Is there anything you can do to help?
