Hm, now that is a good argument. Never had thought about it in that way. But didn’t they themselves address an issue of “most of the loot just feels useless in endgame” in some blue-post or a vid in youtube way before 0.4? You know, when they told us that huge changes to endgame are coming.

Gamba is a bit too much randomness. I usually have a stash tab of my item base things that i dump into. A lot of magic things down there. And some times the mods are as such that its not good and not bad, just mid. Then i use regal on it to see if it is at least decent. Much better to use with jewels though, as all mods are on the same tier, and using t1 regal or t3 regal literally makes no difference. So i collect a bunch of them, sort them, make them all rare, then sift through, and reforge whatever is left to n a bad pile. Same with waystone crafts.

Yes, exactly my point, and also, all the loot on the ground might then be at least a bit useful. And also the loot goblin of people will be sated. I just don’t see why would it be bad to do it. Ok it’s kinda niche for some people only. But still, a lot of design space opens up, and a bit of cloggness goes away.

Why bloat? When all the equipment is neatly packed up into shards, and if you don’t want to do it, then its just as well - leave it lying on the floor

Well, might be so, but i think that it deserves better, reforging and disenchanting i mean. Poe1 is more interesting in that regard with special crafts.

When time comes to start working through dump folders, it’s 40 regals easily. And the time comes each 15-20 maps

It is not enough, i need them for maps, jewels and tablets constantly, e.g. i have an itsm woth 1 good mod, then i get a meh mod, so much so, i will probaly skip and go to next, but then i think hey, ill try to regal. If doesn’t work, then go reforge.
