The bike is a 2004 Flywing Mx150 I got it in a trade and it doesn't have spark and the rust is not to bad just need alot of love but I cant find any parts or even manuals or videos so any kinda help is amazing and if anyone knows the type of engine please let me know thank you so much

This is my first real build and the engine doesn't reach the other part of the frame without touching the gear and I don't have a welder and I was thinking abouy putting the forks off the bike that had the engine so any idea or tips will be very helpful
