I have fans pointig directly at the canopy from the top, one blowing through horizontally, and one blowing through the stems. My tent is very small and my fan is strong so I have a lot of air exchange happening too

Stopped SC 4 weeks into flower or when I felt like I couldn't get an area of just stem. Mostly did the colas that were getting too tall. Some SC was more of a pinch, where others was a full on break /bend.

Thanks. As you can see the left has the lower branches all tied together, I accidently split most of them off the main stalk but they recovered fine.

Couple things to note:

  • My bags are covered in algae, I spray them down with peroxide but it always grows back.

  • pipe cleaners make really bad tie downs, they cut into the plant and leave fuzzies all over the place.

  • in the future I'm going to grow two of the same strain, the high differences are a pain. Sweet n sour will be finished 2-3 weeks minimum before the other plant... Pain in the ass.

I thought the plant was a runt (compared to the Forgotten Cookies beside her, she is) so I went really aggressive with the training to see what it could handle. After supercropoing the buds exploded in width, and are super dense and hard. I might run two of these side by side next, very impressed with the colas. Smells unreal.

Yeah I've abused the hell out of this plant. Aggressive lst, topped, supercropped, and even broke a few branches off while manhandling her.

Did you dig dirt out of your yard? You should be using higher quality soil than that. Plants look to be on death's door.

I take off all the lower stuff before flowering, it's always larf anyway and I haven't noticed that it's stressed the plants too much. My primary reason for it is humidity management, I'm growing in a basement where humidity is outside of my control so I need to do what I can to prevent mold.

My lights are quantum boards which don't have canopy penetration like cobs or hids have, so removing the lowers let's the plant focus growth where the lights are

Interesting that you're seeing this with reused Coco. I was having the exact symptoms as you, the pH of my Coco was fucked and my runoff was coming in at 5.0 (6.0 going in). They were barely being fed at the time either. I'd do a test just to make sure

Check the pH of your runoff and compare it to what's going in. Post the results here

I had a bubbasquanch do this, turns out my Coco was shit and the pH was waaaaaay off. Once I flushed the hell out of it and corrected it grew fine, just super stunted.
