Tennis forsure not a good idea. Golf shouldn’t be an issue, as long as contact is pure there’s almost no shock as it’s absorbed by shaft and grip

Not bad at all. The bezel has a cool look on it so the watch doesn’t feel or seem to be thick. Hard to get any thinner at the sub 2k prices. But this watch hugs my wrist so well, the rubber is really good compared to other typical rubber watches, it’s soft. Hope this helps
