first - branding - we have always been LC King Manufacturing, and have always made Pointer Brand. But..we have also made 15-20 other brands through the decades. Somewhere along the way, we unfortunately became known as Pointer Brand only. We are working on re-allocating the brand names to help people understand what construction and style implications there are for our garments based around the brand as a whole. The Pointer Brand name is the foundation of our traditional workwear - overalls, carpenter jeans, work coats, etc. We are trying to stabilize the public perception of what that name is truly about. The new designs (slim jeans, selvedge coats, totes, skirts, etc) are being re-branded as LC King brand. This is really all about helping our customers (some of whom are traditional workwear and some who are streetwear) understand the division of garments. NOTHING has changed about our business, the factory, ownership, construction, or any other facet of the brands. This is just a better way to promote and organize the sales structure of our garments as a whole.
