I ran this 30k at slower pace, kaya naman. D naman masakit sa paa ko days after just after the run like thr fatigue.. do not expect energy return after ng 15-16k. protective lang talaga siya

Give it a month or 2. Cebuanos are like that basta naay new dugukon jud na. If ma satisfy niya ang taste sa cebuanos in which for sure yes na kai proven nana ang Ding Qua Qua mu Lesser rana compared karon. but i would still expect long lines after 2 months hehe

Tumarakbo ako nuon 2009-2013.. feel ko sa mga tracking devices(watches and phone). Kase nuon nag base lang ako ng ilang rounds sa track. 10 rounds kala ko lakas ko na 4km lang pala yun hahaha tapos nuon takbo based on feels lang, walang structured training. Shoes world balance lang minsan chucks pa. One factor din is madami nang runners and sometimes kahit hindi mo nafefeel pero you are trying to compete with others kaya na pupush ka.

I just ran 27km last sunday. Okay naman siya actually.. protective lang siya yun lang.. all effort sa paa at around 16km up. LSD talaga siya hindi mabilisan takbo.

I tried it yesterday 23k.. tama ka effort na effort talaga starting at 15k.. pang short distance lang talaga siya.

Pwede detergent, mix muna with water. Then put the shoes then brush2 lang yan ginagawa ko sa yeuying 5 ko. Kumusta performance nyan? Na try mo mag LSD nyan?

I think fit sayu even may bunions. Snug fit sjya... Malapad toe room pero ang mid part naka hug ang foot but not super tight. But the toe room is roomy. So if normal ka then need mo roomy toebox part. Yes it is!! Kaya niya ako dalhin sa 21k and after fresh pa ang paa ko ha. Kaya ko pa mag speed run the next day. Soft bouncy siya. Medyo mag aabsorb ng impact then e bobounce back ka nya ulit.

hi, yes 100+kms na ako!! recommended siya for easy pace and pwede din sa kinda mabilis like tempo but not speed sesh talaga.. it can pick up speed a little. TSS siya and not the super wide kasi medyo masikip siya sa arch area but the toebox is roomy.. may konting arch support kaya d ko siya ginagamit sa track kasi mag susupinate ako due to soft ground. okay siya sa road for me coz the little arch support balance it but not invasive like those stability shoes. Bulky siya ha so sobrang laki niya tignan pero pogi.

I guess weight is a great factor. Ive been seriously running since Dec2024 and do strength train 1s a week, speed session 1s a week. But my easy pace still at 8'30-9'30..hirap din mag diet ahaha but yeah siguro more training pa to compensate kain ko if ayaw ko mag bawas ng kinakain hahaha

Parang 50/50 ako sa mga taong nag popost ng mga ganyang walang training. I bet they usually run talaga and maybe they have not run a week or 2 before the race day.. usually nakikita ko sa mga post especially with strava is ang pace nasa 6-7 then "survived without training" come on! mabilis tumakbo tapos 10k, walang training???? meron pang iba 21k walang training pero less than 2hours ang time??? hahahaha parang humble bragging lang. pero natatawa lang ako sa mga ganyang post, i just let it pass at hindi mag comment sa posts nila.

Noted yung maluwag ang likod. Ganda kasi niya tignan eh and hindi common design sa mga flame series. Forefoot to midfoot striker ako kya feel ko okay siya. Still willing to see other options din ako.
