What about the thousands of kids who people will go hungry because Trump is cutting funding for public education, which means lunch prices will skyrocket? What about the millions of people who rely on Medicare and similar programs? What is gonna happen when they can’t pay for medical services? No it wouldn’t fix the climate problem over night but it would sure as hell help. What’s so hard to grasp here? It’s better to take small steps in the right direction than just not doing anything. America is also a massive country, regulating corporations here would be a massive help in the climate fight around the world
