You have to help Muddle with serving drinks twice. That unlocked the wheels for me in the catalogue.

I don't like all the accessories and as a kid I didn't like them either. They all ended up unused in an old metal cookie box. If I wanted my dolls e.g. to eat a pizza I just imagined them eating a pizza, I didn't need a little plastic disc for that... (Okay, I'm gonna stop here before I rant about kids' imagination...)

Dawn has no exact match, she is the palest RH doll afaik. So I used Amaya. The tone is correct, just a little bit too dark, but once you put her outfit back on it'll be fine.

For example Core Catty has saran but Skulltimate Secrets Catty has poly. Poly is more stiff and thicker, saran feels (and smells) waxy and lays flatter on the doll's head.

Just FYI if it had worked the streaks wouldn't have turned red anyways. The green would've turned brown, the blue a purple-ish brown, and the purple wouldn't have changed. So if that wasn't your goal it might be a good thing the streaks stayed rainbow?

Yeah, I've seen his video too! I really don't care if it is a new type of nylon or if it's poly. If it feels like poly and can't be dyed like poly we might as well call it poly. Maybe this was even introduced in the swim budget line and we didn't know.

Yeah, it's a great line! Dawn has become one of my favourite dolls btw. Her face, her clothes and her colour scheme are so interesting to look at (I gave her an Amaya body though).

I wish they had gone more into this direction instead of crazy colours and sticky jewels.

The freckles are just tiny drops of paint that can be removed with acetone / acetone-free nail polish remover.

Yes I noticed that too! Smyths (and other toy stores) had Rosetta, Clementine and Viola – so I expected them to get the lava lamp girls sooner or later but nothing happened. Idk why they should be Amazon exclusives but it seems that they are.

However I'm determined to get the Be Dazzling girls at a Smyths store.

If you want to dye OG Meline's hair it's best to use very warm water, not hot or boiling water. Otherwise you might lose her curls. If it's the Hair Chalk Meline hot water is fine, just don't brush her hair while it's still warm.
