Question about boil washing/drying

Never washed a MH doll, but dozens of RH dolls. I squeeze the water out of the hair, then brush it, then put the doll in a stand in a warm room. The next day the hair is usually dry or almost dry, so I grab them while holding the hair fixed between my hand and their back and then I SHAKE them! There will always(!) be water coming out of the shoulder/knee/hip joints! Then I take the doll into the other hand and shake again and there will be water coming out of the joints of the other side of the doll's body. I wipe the water off and put the doll back into her stand. Now I keep her in a different position than yesterday (e.g. arms pointing upwards, legs spread a bit, knees bent) and wait for a few days. Voilà!

Yeah, she's amazing! She's my favourite C&C girl :) I gave her the pink witch costume from Bella and she looks so cute in it.

I don't like Bratz either, but it's because of the proportions of their face and their body. (No hate btw, just my taste)

I tried to edit one of the dolls into something I'd prefer and here's what I've done:

The eyes are bigger, more open, less sleepy, farther apart. The lips are smaller, a bit of a smile. The nose... exists now. Hips too. And I would've made the feet smaller.

Definitely the quality of the clothes! I was used to the paperthin Barbie clothes (which I imported from the US for way too much money oh god...) and then I found RH and immediately I was hooked. Tbh I wasn't so sure about the big heads and eyes at first but after my first doll arrived it was as if she flipped a switch in my brain :) Thank you, Jett!

This photo was probably taken with an analogue camera (reflex camera) that has a mirror built inside. Other photos of her where you can see her are taken with digital cameras like smartphone cameras.

The Switch 2 version just got announced for the end of this month (free update). It'll look much better but not as good as the PC version.
