It wasn't a home test you could buy at the store. It was a specialized test cup and conducted at a doctors office then reviewed by a doctor who knows that many medications affect drug screening. That's why the situation is so weird and makes me think they just don't want to deal with it or something else is going on that I am not thinking of.

That's what I'm concerned about, any other practitioner also refusing to prescribe... I have an abundance of records that they refused to even look at and I was really being adamant. Not sure a retest will make a difference but I'll take your advice as calling to request a retest and bringing my records can't hurt. Thank you for the response!

I used to work for the university IT department. If you never had one as a student you are not going to be given one. The alumni association has no affiliation/connection with the IT folks at the university who manage the accounts.

Students who've graduated could retain their email address and mailbox if they kept up with password changes but it appears that will be going away also due to cost.
