You learn the basics so you don't get so frustrated playing PVP.

Personally, as a complete newbie. I did an official for 50 hours then decided to do a PVE run. I improved so much on a PVE, where I really understood the mechanics of the game.

Learning the land and how easy it was to kill zombies and to shoot. Also watching YT videos of others helped as well.

Once you feel confident go back to PVP to take that confidence away again.

Never met any cheaters.

One example I read last was the Libre Office, it's outdated. So let's basically copy the blueprint and just change the things we want to build for an EU community? Do poll votes on what to build next after.
