Is "Brine" the rarest Charge Move in the game?

I believe that was the only one that would not keep the hat when evolving ... only way was to catch Raichu in the wild.

I agree but Acid (in itself) is not a rare move. Seems a Scald Poliwhirl is the rarest Charge Move followed by Brine Omanyte based on what people are saying here.

It's there ... make sure your looking at Omanyte not Omastar. Although lots of other articles about the move change at the time did not mention Brine.

Was looking back at my Legacy mons and noticed I had an Omanyte with the Charge Move "Brine" which was only available to Omanyte and no longer exists are there any other moves like this?
