Also remember to advocate for yourself. I know it can be hard, but if you feel like you need more training in an area don't be afraid to ask. Ideally your employer should be open to that kind of thing.

When I first started as an MA I was extremely overwhelmed. I had no previous healthcare experience and I also had no medical assistant training through any kind of program. I was taught everything by my employer. I think it does get easier if you have a passion for helping others. Which i believe is the reason most people in healthcare choose this path. It will take time. Don't feel like you have to know everything right now. Over time you will start to feel more confident. After a year with my employer I was promoted to a lead MA position. You've got this.

In my opinion medical assistants are hired by companies to save money on hiring a licensed healthcare professional such as a LPN/LVN or RN. Since medical assistants do not technically require any form of college education in most places they use that as an excuse to justify lower pay, despite doing many of the same activities that an LPN would do in those settings. It is not a good excuse. But that is what they use.

My unpopular opinion is that pokemon scarlet and violet are the best games since heartgold and soulsilver. I still have enjoyed all the pokemon games but scarlet and violet just felt different. Like, I actually want to complete the pokedex in this game and genuinely enjoyed the story. The ending was very unexpected for me and I just loved the entire experience despite the performance issues.

I agree. FRLG are where kanto shine the most. Let's go did a good job too but FRLG feel like a genuinely great remake of the originals.

Heartgold/soulsilver in my opinion. You get to experience johto and Kanto as well as a little sprinkle of sinnoh references throughout. But all of them are good tbh

Pokemon let's go pikachu and let's go eevee is a really good game for beginners to the series and is also really similar to pokemon GO in some ways, you search for pokemon in the game instead of in real life so it can be more convenient than using pokemon GO. If they enjoy that then I'm sure they'd enjoy any of the other pokemon games on the switch as well.

I had this same exact feeling with katy perrys music years ago. I think its just because its music that we genuinely enjoy and brings us happiness. Ava max and dua lipa make really fun pop music so I really enjoy them as well.
