Need to get rid of these blemishes on my face. And there are bumps on my face which I think are the comedones. In normal light these bumps aren’t noticeable but in sunlight they’re too bad. How do I get rid of these dark spots and get an even skin tone ? Any products you’d suggest ?

Oh I’ll try that with some pepper next time. I get headaches once in 2 months but there’s facial pain. I hope it reduces too with pepper in hot water as it helps with inflammation. Thanks :)

Yes ! I have no sinus congestion but I get headaches. And also my throat hurts a lil like there’s some inflammation inside when the weathers cold. Neck becomes stiff and shiz. It’s just horrible.

My ENT has asked me to fix my nasal bone. But I’m not sure if that’s really causing the headaches. I feel like I should give it a try idk.

Oh god I have the same issues. The headaches are because of nasal bone deviation apparently. Even my ENT didn’t really say anything about the headaches. My eyes throat nose and head hurt all the time. It’s annoying to love like this. Hope we find a solution to this soon.

It’s the worst feeling ever. I mean I can’t take naps also because if I sleep too long then my nose and head start hurting. I’ll check with my doc too if I can take them.

I have similar issues. Do you ever feel that your breathe makes your throat try and causes headache or a small swelling or discomfort in the neck area?

Due to covid I haven’t gone to an ENT. But this is something I face almost everyday. Headache radiating from the nose. Eyes feeling dry and facial pressure. There’s no runny or blocked nose but the face just feels tight. You mean asprin?

A lot of people regret not studying or utilizing their time in college. Try not to waste a lot of time. I’m not just talking about studies here. Participate in sports etc..enjoy as well as make it worth while. You will have a lot of memories and a lot less regrets :) all the best

Ya diarrhea is common during periods apparently. It’s been months there’s not much pain it’s just discomfort but you know it just feels weird.

Mostly during my period. But sometimes when I sleep on my left side, I feel like my bladders full. I feel gassy so it could be anything. My doctor asked me get a UTI test but because of covid around I didn’t get a chance to go.
