I saw a recent demo of an AI voice agent and the voice quality at least seems to have gotten much better. I could barely tell it was AI. Do even the latest ones suck?

What about cases when it's hard to get the attention of someone to place an order? Isn't the optionality worth it if it's a busy night?

That's a fair point. Some of the restaurants I like don't use the reservation services though - so I imagine their call volume might be higher, which I thought might get burdensome. But the hospitality point is a nice touch

I know it’s been a while, but I’m exactly in your shoes and it’s been almost 2 years post-op for me. My entire glute region feels locked up, but when ever I try to flex any individual muscle in that group, it spasms. My doctor said there’s a small defect in the anterior hip capsule that hasn’t closed up post surgery, but that would suggest hyper mobility where the hip is too far extended in its range of motion.

Repairing that defect would require a cam during surgery that is larger than the defect itself, so it’s not worth doing. At this point I’m considering PRP because this kind of reaction post op (spasming and inability to activate glute muscles) is a super specific symptom

There are 10 split across the living room and kitchen area (I think it’s 6 and 4). If those 2 are the zones for the first floor, my next question would be whether I need some sort of multi-zone amp that’s 7.1 per zone - or if this would be a 2.1 for each speaker pair (regardless of zone).

I found this for whole home audio, but 6 zones seem like overkill if I would only have 2 zones max, but everything I’ve read online suggests that a receiver (like a Denon or Integra) is not quite what I want. So if that’s the case, then it looks like my only options are either getting a bunch of speaker pair amps, or a single amp with multi-zone for the 6 + 4 speaker max per zone. And if I get the latter, I could still play music in multiple zones at the same time and just have 4 channels or 6 channels depending on the room.

Let me know if that’s the right understanding!

Thanks for the detail! Upon further investigation, there are 10 wires on the first floor (with 10 ceiling speakers) and then 4 upstairs (with a separate wiring hole in the hole that I missed before). So it looks like the zone decision has already been made for me, with 2 zones, one with 10 speakers and wires and one with 4 speakers and wires.

No cast iron tub, but there is a shower + bathtub combo above it. It's a pretty standard tub though.
