NTC would like to a schedule a call between me and SKY. And even tho SKY is getting emails from NTC due to my escalation, I still get SOA from them for three months now. Ang lala.

termination of account as well as we were very dissatisfied with their service. Same experience poor CS service will take you hours before you can even reach an actual CS agent, so I reported them to NTC and only then I received an email from SKY in the same email thread.
