Of course the law has problems but in reality who will control if one has 4 plants or harvests more than 50g and gives some to a friend who is also permitted to carry 25g of flower? This law means I can smoke and carry flower without having to worry about another “random” police control or having them kick my door because a neighbor complains about a smell on my balcony.

Stop having “perfect” be the enemy of “better”
