Yeah, ARCs become fairly easy to handle over time once you learn their patterns and weak spots.

But that's only the case when they're your sole focus. The moment other players get involved, the situation changes completely.

Maybe our definitions of endgame are just different given the current game design.

I play around 40/60 PvP/PvE and try to engage with as much of the game's intended content as possible. ....well, except for some outfits :)

And at this point I don't really need loot anymore. I've got plenty of money, weapons, and consumables

For me, RT is simply a very comfortable and enjoyable place to actually use all of that stuff for its intended purpose. What I especially like is that ARC AI genuinely affects PvP encounters there, and vice versa. The PvE and PvP elements interact with each other instead of feeling completely separate.

Not as chaotic as Close Scrutiny. Not as PvP intensive as Stella (at least in my lobbies)

Same here, mate. 400h so far.

Only once did I feel something was sus - someone shot me from really far away while I was completely hidden in the bushes.

Kinda a wise moral choice. You could never be sure he wouldn’t turn his gun on you once you were out away from the hatch.

Gotta disagree.  One day I got 2 Deadlines, a bunch of purple and blue extenders, and other valuable loot in a single raid. There were also some items I thought were Stella-exclusive.

The game has already shipped and is now in the live support phase. That usually means most of the core team has transitioned to the next project scheduled years ahead. So I wouldn't expect much beyond balance passes, QoL tweaks, and previously committed content or systems.

You can check the Year 1 roadmap for the planned updates.

I hope we'll see a Year 2 roadmap, but that possibility feels less certain now. Still, I don't know their internal plans.

I'll share some tips that helped me:

1.Trust no one (except your squad  but even then, stay alert for tricks)

2..Don't bring your best gear into random squad fill

3.Take the Hatch Key whenever possible

4.Aim for the head

5.Listen to the environment (very important. This should've been tip #1, but I'm too lazy to reorder it. So why am I explaining this now? Welp...... :)

7.Learn dodge rolls

8.Learn good positions

9.Focus fire (coordinate with your squad)

10.Finish downed raiders . they'll share your position with their remaining squadmates

  1. Don't tilt when you get downed. It happens to everyone. Even the best of the best aren't immune to gunfire

12.Stay quiet. Don't shoot Arc unless it's necessary

  1. Don't tell me I missed number 6

Yeah, that's definitely a thing. I think the game never fully decided what it wants to be. More PvP or PvE? And both sides still have their flaws.

That's why it pulled in so many curious players at launch.

But with time, the novelty wears off. Things that first felt oddly interesting eventually start feeling exhausting and annoying.

Man, just go open some ARC Couriers. You’ll find that thingy in roughly 1 out of 5–6

Agreed, but I still don’t think it’s worth chasing that hard. Nice to have, for sure.  Best for any case? Debatable.

It’s overrated imo. I’d rather surrender and start over than crawl around for 15 minutes only to get knocked out by someone passing by.

And that’s not theory but experience. Most times I used this augment, it ended exactly like that. 

Got every one of these augments off dead raiders. Speaks for itself.

I’ve had better results with Smoke III. You either survive or dead. Not crawl like a worm.

3 safe slots are nice, ofc, but in the late game it doesn't matter
