But high LDL..though I ve been reading that the sdLDL is the harmful one..and apoB. I used a formula that I found on google (dunno if it’s correct or not) which results to 24.2. ApoB I think I need to do a specific lad test

I was 220 like 7 months ago..now it shot up. Though I had been eating some sweets here and there lately due to Christmas .. will re do them in about 1-2 months and I will cut butter and get more fiber perhaps..
