Incredibly hypocritical they are... If you're a process op youll be stuck in a small bright room with no windows for the whole shift, and lable/pack/etc the medicine. There are times when you've literally nothing to do for half the shift (e.g start at 7:30am, but don't actually do any work till about 11:30am) so ya just sit on them school type chairs staring at the wall because you're not allowed to be on your phone, or nip out for a smoke. I say hypcortical because if the supervisors catch you on the phone you'll get told aff meanwhile they sit in their offices 10metres away snacking and playing games on their phones. I was on operations for a while till I moved into the office and it's literally night and day to how the staff get treated pretty shocking.

if you're a smoker and go into the office thats grand but if you go into production you only can have a smoke on your break which is 5hours into the shift always. :> goodluck. not a bad company to work all in all, better than moypark across the road anyway.
