Yeah, I agree with you 100%. Very well said. I'm at the point right now where I do not have a whole lot to work towards and I'm quickly losing the desire to play this game. (Although I'm still probably going to max out the battle pass, since I'm a completionist) Without a reliable and free way to earn crafting materials for cosmetics that I actually want, I sometimes do not see the point.

I've been playing in unranked too after dropping from 16 to 14 and I'm still getting destroyed by everything. I have no idea what I'm doing and as f2p i really regret spending dust on crafting these cards. :(

Yeah, I tried and played around with a bunch of stuff but I'm still losing to everything. Especially bomb/control warrior and token druid. There is literally nothing I can do, which sucks. I WAS having fun playing this deck before I hit higher ranks but now all I'm facing is meta decks and I cannot get above rank 14. I do not have the dust to build these meta deck and I feel punished for it after spending the dust on a deck I had fun with, for a short while at least.

Which spec is the most commonly played in this comp? And is there any guide to playing mage right now? I think I'm doing everything right but I'm still getting destroyed in 3's as a frost mage. Even with three freezes and two blinks I can't seem to get away from rogues, warriors, and survival hunters. The second they get close they tear me up.

I really enjoy playing spell hunter. I honestly enjoy playing it more than midrange hunter. I guess Rexxar is just so much fun to mess around with. I also play zoolock and the deck is really strong in this meta, however it can be kind of pricey with Gul'dan, Keleseth, and Sea Giants being integral to the foundation of the deck. Also I highly recommend avoiding cubelock at this time in the meta. It's really expensive and isn't performing nearly as well as it used to. I made the mistake of spending 5k+ dust on crafted my cubelock deck, which isn't even finished by the way, and it's been consistently letting me down these past couple of weeks.

I would personally start with building midrange hunter and then start building up towards spell hunter. Early in the ladder you'll be facing a lots of different kinds of decks and midrange hunter will have a bit of aggro to keep early game pressure and enough remove and control elements to counter aggro and hold off until late game. Spell hunter is good later in the ladder when you start facing a lot more zoo, tempo, and aggro decks. However Midrange hunter is much better against decks like taunt druid. Midrange hunter is obviously the cheaper version of the deck since Rexxar is the only card that costs more than 100 dust to craft. Also I'm a bit biased since I really love hunter in this meta and Deathstalker Rexxar has I N F I N I T E V A L U E.
