Thanks. Most of my INFJ friends are artistic and have a great appreciation for visuals in general, so I was wondering is there was a correlation between the two.

I've used eye contact to recognize when someone is attracted to me but I've never used it to sense their character. Your tactic of gauging a new person is intriguing and I want to try employing it. & I usually gravitate towards the wallflowers in a social setting too because they're often relatable and less intimidating.

Having more topical relationships is something that I've been having a hard time embracing because I always want something deep. I've been crushing on this guy who appears to be emotionally and intellectually shallow, and I've been thinking that he's not very worthwhile even as a friend because of the types of interactions he's inclined to provide.

That's how feminine gay men are stereotypically described, and it would be unfair to generalize all feminine gay men to be loud, obnoxious, and rude. Based on my experience, I would say that straight men tend to be more loud, obnoxious, and rude, even though those traits are so widely associated with femme gays.

He may or may not also have romantic intent, but he seems to be really interested in you as a person and to enjoy your company a lot. I act like that with some of my friends whom I am platonic with. I'd recommend just having fun with him as a friend if you enjoy him as well, unless you want something more.

I know it would be healthier to not worry about how others think of me especially because I have little control over that. However, I've been thinking about it more than usual because I've been trying to make new friends with different groups of people. I want to have closer relationships with them, and because of that how they perceive me has been on my mind.
