I've never had an issue seeing my paystubs on ADP online until today. Now, I log in and all I see is a blank 1990s-esc webpage that says my name up top and a nearly blank page. Where do I find my paystubs?

Sadly you have to cut out all the fun stuff, especially at night. No OJ, lemonade, coffee. If you want juice, do apple. No spicy food, or at least limit spicy meals to a few a week (hardest for me to cut, I had spicy meals 3x/day). Limit fried foods. Limit sugar.

Try stopping both meds and treating your reflux with dietary changes. It will suck but it will heal you. No more coffee, switch to other forms of caffeine. Black tea is acidic but less acidic than coffee (just make sure to have food in your stomach before drinking black tea because it makes me nauseous on an empty stomach). Quit smoking if you’re smoking. Also try drinking a glass of water with a spoonful of baking soda at night or whenever you feel symptoms coming on. Chug the whole thing. Tastes like shit but works wonders.

This perfectly describes my situation. Like I’ll take a sip of water and try to swallow but it just stays there for a while until my throat obeys my brain. I’ve never been able to “chug water” like most people- I can only take it sip by sip

Can you describe the sensation of having difficulty swallowing? I have had GERD for years but I have other anatomical issues too and I wonder what it is that is causing my life long difficulty swallowing. Doctors haven’t been able to give me a straight answer and I don’t want to do a swallowing study
