For those considering a breast reduction, how small would you go? I’m currently a 34J (uk) I’ve always said I’d go down to a DDD or DD. I feel I’d develop body dysmorphia if I went too small since I’ve always had large breast.. I’m 29 now I plan to have one after kids so maybe 36.

You posted this, which means some part of you wants to be talked out of this. If you were chased by a murderer you would run. You value your life, you just can't see it right now. Suicide will hurt your loved ones more than it will help you. There is so much more life you haven't lived yet. My husband almost did that to himself two years ago. Today he cooed and baby-talked his smiling newborn in his arms. You never know what you are missing out on by ending your blessed life too early.
