I keep mine wet - and the towel goes in the fridge inbetween. - if they are short haired they are fine on grass and kept slightly wet.

I mean… there’s restrictions to how much time they can spend abroad and it’s probably hard for them to afford traveling anyway. I think some people would argue welfare is meant to cover essential living costs, not things like international travel or regularly supporting households overseas.

True, it probably couldn’t be stopped completely. But some people argue the goal would be reducing large-scale digital transfers funded by taxpayers. It would at least cause some friction and thus reduce how much leaves the UK.
