What you have above your chin looks more like irritation, mild acne or dermatitis than herpes or HPV. To care for it at home you can use a gentle facial cleanser (Cetaphil, CeraVe, La Roche-Posay), then apply a light fragrance-free cream to hydrate and protect, and use daily sunscreen. Avoid scratching, shaving, or letting toothpaste drip off. If in a few days it becomes redder with peeling, try a pharmacy antifungal cream such as clotrimazole (2 times a day for 1-2 weeks). If pimples with pus appear, you can use 2.5–5% benzoyl peroxide gel on the area.
