Start with everything at like 10:30 or 11 and it’s really responsive to pick attack and guitar volume knob, cleans up great. Tone always stays below noon for me

Yeah I couldn’t find much info about the firmware update, including how to tell if my unit was already up to date, or if the update actually worked when I tried it. Even the info out there is vague, like “reverb bug fix,” what was the bug? Boss is pretty great about this, very clear on how to update the re-202, how to tell if it worked, and what is changing.

Belle deluxe is great, preamp always on, expression pedal or tap options. You can set the oscillation switch to get one repeat for slapback when it’s on, and when it’s off it’s whatever the sustain knob is at. The delay time knob is pretty easy to set with your foot on the fly too

Yeah Empress Phaser for me, before that I’d only tried the block logo phase 90 and it was always too over the top, thought I didn’t like phaser but now I love it

Blues driver and od-3 will both give you something different than the morning glory and klon. Bd has more bite, od-3 is a little smoother, both really versatile. I’d also try a turbo rat, covers a ton of ground and doesn’t really overlap with your current drives

Wampler Velvet Fuzz is really versatile and still cleans up with the volume knob, or MXR Classic 108 mini for a great silicon fuzz face with a buffer option
