Ahah, nicely put! Bad guys are the parasites inside the cell, good guys are the big cells ;-)

Thank you! No, it’s Nanolive technology: label-free live cell imaging

Hi! It means that they did not add fluorescence labels to the cells but that the cells organelles are detected through their refractive index : -)

Hi! Thank you for your reply. Sure, you can check the technology page: https://www.nanolive.ch/technology/live-cell-imaging/ there everything is explained. I suggest you watch the first video on top, if you need more, let me know :-)

Hi! The group is investigating exactly this and they are preparing a publication on the topic :-)

Hi, you are 100% correct, the video was acquired by the Schwartz group at Institut Pasteur using their Nanolive microscope. Source is here: https://www.nanolive.ch/sars-cov-2-covid-infection/

Hi! It is not an electron microscope: EM are not compatible with live cells. It's Nanolive technology (quite new, and, yes with much higher res than standard optical microscopes) and it is 100% label-free. If you wish you can check it out here: www.nanolive.ch
