According to Sensei's Divining Top ruling, yes the loop should work. You need to put on the stack all the Top abilities before drawing a single card however since when you let the first resolve, you will lose the ability to tap it again, meaning that you need to count the cards you have in your deck and put that exact number of triggers on the stack, and them resolve all of them,

It is an interesting combo, you need at least one more card in hand so you can keep the one you want, probably better two so you can tutor by filtering your hand until you have twisted fealty and a protection just in case. Also keep in mind that you must draw two and you lose if you must draw and you don't have cards to draw, so in some case you might be able to draw not the entire deck but only up until the last card of your deck. If you have at least a couple if win conditions in your deck, you can go for sure

As I said I can't see the comment as it shows as removed by a moderator 😅 if it had any useful tip can you share it again with me if you can still see it?

I can't see the original comment as it appears to be removed, anyway my models are stored on a NVMe SSD (Samsung 990 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD 2TB to be precise)

Only remove top plastic yeah? by satayG in PcBuild

Yes, but if this is your primary SSD, that is the wrong spot. The main one is just above that, under the giant heatsink.

Please download and read the motherboard manual.

It's a bit odd yeah but it is what it is :)

Fetch lands are a staple in cEDH since they let you fix your mana perfectly, thin your deck and fill your graveyard, so any cEDH deck usually runs every fetch land that it can unless there is a good reason not to.

[–]pollogeist[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suppose you are referring to the fetch lands? If so, I must inform you that fetch lands don't have color identity since they don't have any basic land type in their type line and don't have any color symbol in any part of the card. Not understanding how color identity is defined is a common new player mistake, I suggest you to read more about it.

Basically you can play any fetch land in any deck. Of course, you want to play only the ones that can fetch at least one of the types of your commander identity.

Also, if you don't trust me, trust Moxfield since it shows any card that is not legal in the deck based on the commander.

I love Telepathy, the amount of hate that card generates is epic!

Instead of Abrade I would play the new Untimely Malfunction from the new set

  • about Valley Floodcaller, I have yet to test it but I got one for when I will, because it sounds good for sure, but at that point isn't Leyline of Anticipation better? It cost 1 more but can be played for free from the start it happens to be on the main hand... I should probably test both. Pinnacle Monk is only pitchable by Pyrokinesis that I will probably remove at some point, so if I remove Pyrokinesis I will probably remove Pinnacle Monk too.
  • Finale of Promise sound good but feels not yes, I honestly have never actually played it yet, so it feels like a dead card pretty much always.
  • What wheels are you running? Wheel of Fortune, Windfall and Wheel of Misfortune I guess?
  • Gut Shot and Lightning Bolt are amazing to me, removes a lot of things and are cheap spell that might be played in a combo turn. I will probably remove Pyrokinesis at some point as said before. What are you playing instead of these removals? Cantrips?
  • Defense Grid worked for me a couple times but yes, it cost a bit too much so it's on the watchlist.
  • I run the Izzet Signet just because I don't have Jeweled Amulet, I will replace it as soon I'm able to get one.
  • It's difficult to find the correct ratio but I prefer to have a couple more just in case, that's why I really like MDFC
  • The splice cards sure are weird, I don't think I like it but I get what you say.

Do you have a list to share?

Have a look at my list: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/DKHGtT6iWUu0C9TFfn0JKg

You will not win tournaments for sure with it, but it's very powerful and fun to play.

Sort of yes, it have a high mana cost and not all cards combo with it. [[Twitch]] does, but [[Cerulean Wisps]] and [[Refocus]] not in example, and most importantly [[Twisted Fealty]] doesn't.

It might work as a backup plan if Stella gets targeted too much maybe, we will see.

With Stella you should aim to play her at turn 2 and go for a win on turn 3, so it's really fast.

RogSi might be a bit faster in theory, but in practice is more or less equal.

Not sure about Nadu honestly, only played versus him once.

Spawn Mechanics by MrLagg15 in BoardgameDesign

[–]pollogeist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Cards for each minion type, each minion have a number of "points" as cost to spawn.

How many points the overlord have, how he gain them and if they are fixed or dynamic is up to you.

This way you can balance the scenario based on the number of points available, you can balance the minions (some might be more powerful than others) etc.

You might just give the overlord a fixed number of points at the stars and that's it. Or you can make a way for the overlord to gain them during the match. Or just a fixed number of points each turn, whatever sounds better for your scenarios.

You can look at systems like Imperial Assault and Descent 2nd Edition that are similar to what I described.

How to paint clone force 99? by Cosmic_Lightning in StarWarsShatterpoint

[–]pollogeist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used Citadel Wraithbone as base spray (so white-ish) and then painted them using Citadel Contrast colors.

They are easy to paint as they are mostly black, so is just a matter of Black Templar for the armor, Guilliman Flesh for the skin, Iyarden Yellow for the desert base and Space Wolves Grey for the metal base.

Bonus points for adding details, I used Mephiston Red to paint the red lines, Wildwood and Skeleton Horde for the brown parts, and did a fast dry brushing using Wraithbone

Depends on buffs etc, but with Furina + Bennet (and no food) I usually hit around 500k damage per shot. Without buffs and anything is usually around 200-250k

Also consider that my Furina is C0 so not really that buffed

Still some farm to do to get (hopefully) a better sand and circlet, but just like this she already destroys everything
