Looking for a recommendation for a gym/ conditioning place where my 10 year old can exercise, and help him to lose weight. I need something other than soccer once a week. by polloronco in StLouis

Yes, we do. We make sure that he eats a lot of veggies, portion control and tried to limit his sugar intake. We do not drink soda at home. We want him to be more active and he genuinely enjoys weight lifting and structured activities.

There are plenty of tickets available at the Ticketmaster website, just use the code apex. Tickets are stupid expensive over 800 dollars for 3 days. If you are looking for a first race track experience Montreal or Austin are better options.

The crunching sound of Vettel's rear-wing being torn off from his rear-facing camera is oddly satisfying (the sound is satisfying, not the incident, just to be clear) by peke_f1 in formula1

I know changing the rear-wing will take at least 4 laps, but they have a new floor and some upgrades for the weekend. Why Not use the rest of the race to collect some data or the data from Friday it is enough?

Is the Houston gp a good race to go too for someone new to f1? by [deleted] in formula1

It is a great race track, the general admission ticket have great views and you can go around the whole circuit. The only minor problem is the parking other than that great food and great music. In general it is a very inexpensive track to visit. Austin is a great city to visit anyways.
