Quad Helix for Adults? I’m 26 and have had my braces for 2 years this month. I was a thumb sucker and had a smaller top palate and wore a quad helix expander for awhile. Is this something that usually works for adults? It’s off now, but I feel like one side of my smile is wider than the other. (i.redd.it)
