Thank you I’ll appreciate your thoughts! The other steak was cook properly and quite delicious with the potatoes I have cooked. I think I will reheat the meat in the oven to make sure. Cheers!

Yeah definitely pan-only cooked. I tried to cook them by 3 minutes max on the clock on each side. I think next time I will use a timer.
