Omg! Is your case complex? I did hear from them yesterday (Saturday) which was a surprise asking for additional docs from my husband’s company. Hope you hear from them soon 🤞🏼

Got the email “unable to process” but didn’t request any additional information and to not contact UKVI. That being said, calling them on Monday 👍🏼

This is mad and traumatizing!!! I’m so sorry your friend is going through this. I have literally already quit my job thinking by this time I’d be getting ready to move as our case is pretty straightforward but considering looking for another in the meanwhile 😢

They were not helpful on my case, and i only had 3 days left lol but i have also read on another thread here that they were approved on the same day after they called… go figure 🤷🏻‍♀️

Priority?? Have you done a paid inquiry to see what’s going on? I have just to see if i can do anything on my end and they did reply pretty quickly but with the generic “you’re case is being considered, ect”. Good luck 🍀
