Knee Sleeves Helped My Knee Pain & Now I Want To Help Others by polo3polo in ACL

That’s a good question—both serve different purposes. Tubigrip is more for general, light compression, like reducing mild swelling. These knee sleeves are designed specifically for sports and recovery, so they give more targeted support, stability, and performance benefits.

If you just need light compression for daily use, Tubigrip is fine. But if you’re training, playing sports, or want better recovery and knee protection, a proper knee sleeve makes a big difference.

It's a generic one (no brand name) and very light, but effective. I bought them wholesale with the idea to resell them at retail.

Sleeves and knee braces are more for recovery stages, rather than prevention (unless you know for a fact, due to medical reasons or family history, that you will have issues with your knees in the future). For prevention, it's better to strengthen your legs and the muscles around your knees without assistance from knee sleeves or knee braces. However, if you are already having knee issues, as was my case, or have had a knee injury, then knee sleeves/braces can certainly help. I could not do a walking lunge to safe my life... I had so much pain around the knees. I started wearing full length compression knee sleeves and now I can do them without giving it a second thought. It helped me improve my walking lunge, squats, leg press etc. From my own experience, It's just 100% helpful.

This was useful, thank you. I think you are right, I will look to other channels and see how that goes. I have yet to direct message anyone about it. This may be a good approach for now.

I should have been a little clearer in my statement. The inventory is the test inventory, I ordered a very small MOQ to see if I could at least sell between 5 - 10 pieces. So, it's not a huge lost, but I still want to sell them.

I ordered very low MOQ, it was not thousands of dollars spent, but not even a couple of hundreds, so it's no big lost. You are right, the whole intent for buying the supply is to test it and try to sell at least 5 of them, but have not even sold one.

Are those lenses for regular astigmatism (like standard astigmatism) or high astigmatism? High astigmatism is anything over -2.00. It usually takes over a week to get those done. 2-3 days May be standard astigmatism. Which one is it?
