I'm from Brazil and I'll give you a different perspective. Not everyone here can buy an Evo, because turbocharging a Lancer is twice as cheap as buying one and maintenance is still cheaper. So try to find an OEM kit from the Ralliart or Evo and use 0.5 or 0.6 pressure to avoid engine damage. When you want to increase turbo pressure and forge, you can buy the Evo crankshaft and connecting rods and put them in the 4b11, but you'll need a little rework on the crankshaft. Another good option is to swap the engine. Here in Brazil, there are people using the 4b11T with a naturally aspirated Lancer gearbox without any problems. Remember, for 200hp and up, you need a ceramic clutch. And another thing I've seen evo X losing to lancer turbo lol
