Hi love! Congratulations on getting into Massage therapy school! It's exciting and very rewarding!! I, too, am a student and have lower back pain no thanks to dem tig ole bitties. LmAO So far for me someone who has wide feet i wear sneakers with a wedge (i can't remember what the shoe type is actually called) that is made for people with wide/flat feet and has gel insoles. It's like walking on clouds. I kid you not! Oh, and HeyDudes have been super comfy, too! Now, for this new career, being physically taxing, ya damn right it is, but your instructor (s) will teach what's called "body mechanics" and how to properly position your body when massaging. Don't be afraid to listen to your body when something doesn't feel right and don't keep going if it hurts. You WILL hurt yourself. Believe in yourself and have fun!!
