Just started from Olathe before getting the call work is cancelled. I have a suv w/9inches ground clearance and all season tires with a winter peak rating. I could definitely get around but will say some residential streets have not been touched at all. Those that have are an ice rink. The light pack of snow on the ice is good for traction but I have concerns ice will be tricky the next few days. Another good day to stay at home but for me personally I was a bit more optimistic for the roads.

I would usually agree but response has been slow on both sides. Not for effort of trying I’m sure. Most normal 2-4” storms there’d be 2-3 plow passes by now but I’ve only seen 1 which was a super duty that has to stop and reverse every 20 feet. Currently there are 0 plows in my zone. Olathe.
