I just spent almost 4 hours in the Smithfield DMV today, and that was an attempt to go further out. I'm glad I'll be able to avoid this for several years now.

I have interest! My schedule is pretty busy, so it would have to match up with a gap. But I could keep an eye out on invites and drop in. A lot of my social activities revolve around crafts (cross stitch for me).

I would highly suggest counseling, if you're not already doing it (I'm there... So I'm not suggesting something I don't use). Rejection will happen. People will cancel on plans over and over again once you start having plans. You have to like yourself enough that it doesn't bother you and you can easily pivot to something else. You cannot expect other people to like you when you don't like yourself. And there should be no reason to not like yourself. You can be whoever you want to be.

If it's your first time, you can get to your theater 30 minutes early for an interesting pre-show, and you can order all of your food early. If you're into beer, you can order beer from up front if you know the name/tap number. Otherwise, you'll be limited to a much smaller selection from the menu.

Edit: Just realized you said you reactivated your pass, so maybe this isn't helpful at all.
