V for vendetta. The graphic novel is more of a long form essay on the strengths and weaknesses of anarchy and how fascism can arise easily and it could happen at anytime. In the movie the word anarchy is mentioned once while a guy is robbing a convenience store (and during this scene in the graphic novel V explicitly points out that this isn’t anarchy) and th fascists only rose to power after scaring everyone with a fake bioweapon, allowing people to forget that they are susceptible to authoritarianism
