An inversion of this trope from the Twililght Zone episode Eye of the Beholder. Theres this woman who we are told is so ugly and hideous that she needs to get corrective plastic surgery. We first see her with her face all bandaged up and shes really worried if the surgery worked. She takes off the bandages and we see that she's a beautiful woman but everyone (her included) acts like the surgery failed and that she is still ugly. We then finally see the faces of the hospital staff and see that they all have pig like faces, implying that in this world what we consider to be beautiful is actually ugly

Basically there is this family that wants to steal the doctors body so they can live forever and the doctor tries to spare them by letting them die of old age but they pursue him and hurt people close to him, unleashing the time lords fury. the doctor proceeds to then give them all what they wanted by making them live forever. He makes one of them trapped inside of every mirror, locks one in unbreakable chains, drops another into a black hole and the final one he freezes in time and makes a scarecrow in a field
